I understand that things may come up. Please let me know if you need to reschedule 2-3 hours before your appointment via text at (901) 562-8769. Your $20 deposit will be transferred to your rescheduled appointment. The appointment must be rescheduled within 30 days. After 30 days, it will be considered a new appointment, requiring you to pay a new $20 deposit. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations. All no-call no-shows will be unable to re-book.
